This role is for an AI Software Engineer focused on bridging the gap between rapid AI-generated prototyping ("vibe coding") and production-grade enterprise software.Key Responsibilities App Productionization: Refactor AI-generated code into enterprise-standard stacks (TypeScript, React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL) and restructure for scalability.

AI Governance: Implement safety guardrails, including PII/PHI masking, RBAC, prompt injection mitigation, and continuous monitoring via LLMOps and observability pipelines. CI/CD & DevOps: Establish automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI) with mandatory security gates (SAST/DAST), containerization, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

Developer Enablement:



Develop "paved road" templates and architectural blueprints to ensure compliant, maintainable code generation for teams using AI-assisted tools.

Core Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in full-stack development with a focus on shipping production AI applications.

Technical Stack: Proficient in React/Next.js, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, and modern CI/CD/DevOps workflows (Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform).

AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of LLM APIs, RAG patterns, and the ability to audit/refactor code from tools like Cursor or Claude Engineer.
