Join one of our core legal areas—corporate M&A;, product & commercial, intellectual property, privacy, or compliance—and support the team by contributing to research, drafting and day-to-day operations. Help prepare and review commercial agreements, internal policies, governance materials, and compliance documentation, working closely with more experienced team members to deliver practical legal support. Collaborate with teams across Product, Finance, HR, Business Acquisitions, and other functions—alongside external counsel where needed—to help address legal and regulatory questions in a fast-moving, global environment.

Contribute to cross-border M&A; transactions, investments,



and corporate governance activities by conducting legal research, supporting due diligence, preparing transaction documentation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Build scalable legal tools. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving business needs.

Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English. And if you’ve got what it takes, you’ll soon be playing an essential role in major projects, too. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self-reject. To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long-term work location. After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
