You’ll work closely with Producing Office Underwriters and a wide range of internal teams including Credit Control, Claims, Compliance, and our Global Network. You’ll also liaise with local offices, brokers, and clients to ensure programmes run smoothly and meet all regulatory requirements.
You’ll report into the Multinational Service Manager based in Chelmsford (UK) and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including our internal integral network team, underwriters, external partners, brokers, and clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and servicing of multinational programmes in line with business plans.
- Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure seamless programme delivery.

- Issue clear instructions to servicing offices and manage policy schedules and reinsurance slips.
- Monitor payments and collections to maintain a healthy cash position.
- Use appropriate tools to calculate and allocate taxes across premium distributions.
- Track and analyse programme performance, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain data quality across systems and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support audits and peer reviews.
- Act as a buddy to less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice.
About You This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the chance to deepen your understanding of multinational insurance. If you’re a team player who enjoys solving problems and building relationships, this could be the perfect fit. Skills and Experience You’ll Bring:
- Experience in servicing multinational insurance programmes within general insurance.
- Fluent in both languages- English and Spanish.
- Good understanding of territorial insurance regulations and best practice methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and collaborative.
- A naturally organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
