Role Description This full-time Occupational Therapist role is an on-site position based at Indorama’s facility in Huelva.

The Occupational

Therapist will assess employees’ functional abilities and work environments, develop individualized intervention plans, and implement rehabilitation programs aimed at improving safety, performance, and well-being at work. Daily activities include conducting evaluations, providing therapeutic interventions, educating employees and supervisors on ergonomics and injury prevention, and collaborating with medical and safety teams to support return-to-work and accommodation processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring progress, and contributing to health and wellness initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based intervention plans.




- Knowledge of Medicine and related health sciences to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with employees, supervisors, and healthcare professionals, and for delivering clear education and training.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics for potential support of family-focused programs or community initiatives, where applicable.
- Relevant university degree in Occupational Therapy and current professional licensure/registration as required in Spain.
- Experience in industrial, corporate, or occupational health settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment and to adapt interventions to different roles and work conditions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining clinical records and reports.
