✔️ Your role at Cheil: Operations Lead

✔️ What we are looking for?

We are looking for an Operations Lead to oversee the creative operations of the Samsung Europe account at Cheil Spain. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Video Editors and Visual Designers responsible for delivering a high volume of creative assets across European markets.

This is a hands-on and highly versatile role for someone who can combine operational leadership with a strong understanding of project management, design and video production as well as creative vision.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team, providing hands-on support during periods of high demand.
- Review and assess incoming client requests, identifying requirements, priorities, dependencies and potential risks.
- Define clear workflows, production steps, responsibilities and delivery timelines for each project.
- Monitor team capacity and workloads, reallocating tasks and resources according to priorities, deadlines and individual expertise.
- Coordinate the different production areas to ensure a smooth workflow from briefing to final delivery.
- Anticipate peaks and bottlenecks and take proactive action to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Push the team for creative excellency and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines and agreed quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with the client, internal stakeholders and production teams.
- Continuously review and improve processes,



tools and ways of working to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Foster a collaborative environment based on accountability, flexibility and shared ownership.

✔️ Key Skills & requirements:

- Proven experience leading creative operations, production or multidisciplinary teams in an agency or high-volume digital environment.
- Strong background in project management and creative production workflows.
- Solid understanding of visual design, digital content production and video editing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, workload management and resource allocation.
- A hands-on, versatile profile with the ability to understand, support and, when required, step into the different roles within the team.
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- strong problem-solving abilities and confidence making decisions in fast-paced situations.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivery quality.
- Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves daily collaboration with international teams and stakeholders across Europe.

✔️ Languages:

- High-level English proficiency (C2 or equivalent), both written and spoken. The role requires daily interaction with international stakeholders and the ability to lead meetings and presentations confidently in English.
- High-level Spanish proficiency (C2 or equivalent), with the ability to work effectively with local teams and stakeholders.

- Experience managing large international or European accounts.
- Knowledge of Samsung’s brand ecosystem or experience working with global technology brands.
- Familiarity with project-management and resource-planning tools such as Jira.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and the technical requirements of visual and video production.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and process-automation tools.
- A calm and solution-oriented approach under pressure.
- The ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative leadership style.
- A strong sense of ownership and commitment to the success of the team.
