Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day apartment operations, including guest services, housekeeping coordination, maintenance scheduling, and front desk activities.

Manager will monitor occupancy, manage reservations processes, and ensure that operational standards, safety procedures, and service quality are consistently maintained. This position will supervise and support staff, optimize workflows, manage vendor relationships, and handle operational issues promptly.

and reporting to leadership to ensure efficient, guest-focused operations.

Qualifications

- Experience in hospitality or property operations, including supervising daily activities and coordinating staff.
- Skills in team leadership, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Comfort with basic administrative tasks, scheduling tools, and property management or reservation systems.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Barcelona and manage versátil hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish and other languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in apartment rentals, hotels, or serviced residences and a focus on guest satisfaction is highly beneficial.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, vendor management, and operational reporting is a plus.
