PMO Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised PMO Analyst to join a Transformation team.

You will support the Programme Management Office and Business Management function, helping to keep priorities, actions and decisions on track across complex transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on coordination role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders, programme governance and delivery reporting.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate programme governance, including agendas, meeting packs, actions and decision tracking.
- Maintain plans, risks, issues, dependencies and programme documentation.
- Turn programme information into clear reports, presentations and decision-ready insights.
- Support senior stakeholders through proactive follow-up and prioritisation.
- Assist with supplier administration, Statements of Work, purchase orders, approvals and spend tracking.
- Support Agile routines, ceremonies and cross-team dependency management.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, travel, events and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Identify gaps, anticipate requirements and improve ways of working.

What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in PMO, programme coordination, business support or executive support within a complex environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail.
- Experience managing actions, risks, issues, dependencies and programme data.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methods and experience supporting teams or ceremonies.
- A proactive, autonomous mindset and the persistence to see tasks through to completion.
