In this role you build the enterprise Digital Twin by connecting SAP S/4HANA with various enterprise apps and leveraging Object-Centric Process Mining to surface end-to-end process visibility. You shape the global Process Mining CoE, setting standards and accelerators that enable transformation at scale. You work closely with business and IT to turn process data into actionable improvement and value realization.

This is a rare greenfield opportunity to influence the how of Process Intelligence at Signify’s global operations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Design and implement enterprise-scale Process Mining solutions using Celonis
- Build scalable data models and event logs for end-to-end processes
- Extract, transform and integrate data from SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems
- Develop Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) data models
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Design and optimize ETL/data pipelines for Process Mining
- Create analytical dashboards, KPIs, and interactive Process Mining apps




- Enable AI-powered Process Intelligence by establishing trusted data foundations for Generative AI and intelligent automation
- Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert process challenges into technical solutions
- Support process discovery, conformance checking, bottleneck analysis, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to reusable Process Mining standards, accelerators, and best practices within the CoE

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years delivering Celonis Process Mining implementations
- Experience designing end-to-end Process Mining solutions including OCPM
- Strong SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA data extraction, integration, xugodme and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience building enterprise Process Mining data models, dashboards, and KPIs
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience integrating Process Mining across multiple enterprise applications beyond SAP
- Understanding of Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Fulfill, Record-to-Report, or Manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in large-scale integral transformation programs (desirable)
