Role Description The Product Specialist contract role at martè is a hybrid position based in Barcelona, with the flexibility to perform part of the work from home. In this role, the Product Specialist supports customers in understanding and maximizing the value of martè’s AI-powered platform, including operations, finance, payroll, and compliance features.
Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, gathering feedback, and translating user needs into clear requirements for internal teams. The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer success to support onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and help drive product adoption.
The Product Specialist will maintain product knowledge, document use cases,
and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and support resources.
Qualifications
- Strong product specialist skills, including deep product understanding and the ability to translate complex features into clear customer benefits.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements or optimizations.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting, explaining technical concepts in accessible language, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
- Foundational sales skills to support demos, identify opportunities for expansion, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Experience with SaaS or AI-powered platforms, ideally in business operations, finance, or HR domains.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Barcelona, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving product landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages, especially Spanish or Catalan, are beneficial.
