Experteer Overview
In this global role, you will own and harmonize Master Data Management processes within the MDM stream, ensuring alignment with group policies and business needs across regions. You’ll collaborate with business, IT, and MDM teams to design scalable processes and validate them with stakeholders. You’ll drive process documentation, support audits, and contribute to ERP and MDM projects, including SAP and Informatica implementations. This is a high-visibility, transformation-focused position in a diverse, global environment where your work shapes data governance and MDM outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and own MDM processes within the area, aligning with policies and authority
• Ensure processes meet business requirements and are validated by stakeholders
• Maintain process documentation and support audits (ISO and customer)
• Define Master Data setup for Mu0026A initiatives and ERP projects
• Lead work packages and facilitate process design workshops
• Collaborate with MDM Technical Solutions to implement processes in Informatica
• Coordinate with IT to deploy MDM solutions in SAP backends
• Work with MDM Services to implement changes and provide third-level support




• Drive continuous improvement within the area and maintain data assets
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with stakeholders to identify improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Master Data Management
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDM objects in the relevant area
• Experience in process modeling and process design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable MDM processes and solutions
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage work packages independently
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in multinational, multicultural environments
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
