Furniture Packages is building a new way to furnish homes across the Costa del Sol — making the entire process simple, professional and completely hassle-free for our clients.

Our clients are buying holiday homes, investment properties and permanent homes across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, and we help them go from empty property to beautiful, fully furnished home with one complete solution.

We are a young, ambitious and hard-working team, and we're looking for an Interior Designer who wants to grow with us.

? What You'll Be Doing

You'll be much more than a designer sitting behind a computer.

You'll work directly with our clients, understand what they want, develop their vision and turn it into a complete furniture package.

You'll be responsible for:

- Speaking with clients and understanding their taste, lifestyle and requirements
- Creating moodboards, inspiration pages and furniture proposals
- Selecting furniture and creating cohesive interiors
- Preparing professional presentations using Canva, Photoshop, InDesign or similar
- Presenting your designs and ideas directly to clients
- Managing feedback, revisions and changes
- Solving problems and finding creative solutions
- Building strong relationships with clients throughout the process
- Visiting properties and our Marbella showroom when required
- Working closely with our team to turn great designs into successful sales

Your job is to take that opportunity, create an amazing experience for the client and help turn your design into a €15,000–€40,000+ furniture package sale.

? What You Can Earn

You will receive a performance-based percentage of the company's net profit from the furniture packages you close, with your percentage increasing as you successfully close more projects.

You can earn up to 50% of the company's net profit from your completed sales.

If you bring your own clients and generate additional business, you will also receive additional

compensation.

? What We're Looking For

We're open to different levels of experience. Attitude, creativity and ambition matter more to us than a long CV.

You must have:

- Formal Interior Design qualification
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication skills
- A proactive, positive and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to solve problems and think on your feet
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign or similar
- Valid driving licence
- Permanent residence in the Marbella / Costa del Sol area

Additional languages are a big plus.

? The Setup

Hybrid freelance position based in Marbella.

You'll work from our showroom, clients' properties and remotely depending on what the project requires.

The schedule is adaptable, but you must be available for client meetings, presentations and communication during normal working hours.
