We are looking for an experienced professional to lead workplace technology projects, coordinate IT services, and drive initiatives that enhance the end-user experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead IT Workplace projects from planning through successful delivery. Coordinate Workplace Services and act as a key contact for operational topics. Manage service escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues. Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including forecasting, reporting, and planning. Conduct service reviews and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workplace operations.
