You will integrate into their Content Management department to act as the primary expert on CMS frameworks and Storyblok guidelines. Your objective involves maintaining a digital infrastructure that is resilient, adaptable, and high-performing for every global market. You will act as the engine of their content delivery ecosystem. In this highly operational role you will coordinate international rollouts prioritize multi market requests and serve as the vital bridge linking product developers content creators and regional stakeholders

Main Responsibilities
Drive the delivery and operational coordination of content production across various digital platforms markets and languages
Take a central master concept and execute its rollout into diverse integral markets while ensuring accurate cultural and linguistic translations
Manage prioritization for incoming requests by effectively balancing team capacity tight deadlines and overall business impact
Act as the primary communication bridge connecting the core content squad with product engineering teams and international market representatives
Orchestrate complex deployment timelines and go live schedules while managing technical dependencies and regional approval processes
Adapt digital content to reflect specific regional market differences and product feature variations across countries
Maintain absolute transparency across the delivery pipeline and ticketing systems to keep all stakeholders perfectly aligned
Spot operational bottlenecks and champion process enhancements to boost efficiency and accelerate time to market




Guide the standardization of digital rollout procedures and promote reusable methodologies across the entire organization
Guarantee that all strict quality standards and brand compliance checkpoints are successfully met during every phase of deployment

Core Skills/Experience
University degree in business communications, project management, digital media, or equivalent practical expertise
3+ years of hands-on background in digital operations, project coordination, or complex content deployment
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize effectively within fast-moving and multi-stakeholder environments
Solid familiarity with headless CMS platforms and modern workflow management or ticketing tools
Direct experience orchestrating digital rollouts across multiple international markets and diverse languages
Clear and structured communication style capable of keeping cross-functional international teams completely aligned
Full Professional proficiency in spoken and written English with additional knowledge of German considered a strong bonus
Pragmatic, proactive, and capable of maintaining a calm, composed demeanor under tight delivery pressure
