We are currently looking for a Distribution Analyst to join a leading multinational company based in Sant Joan Despí . This is a 6-month temporary contract offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a global, fast-paced logistics environment.

About the Role

As a Distribution Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting regional freight and warehousing operations, driving data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and contributing to strategic logistics decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage freight and warehousing costing and settlement processes in the region.
- Maintain transport plans and tariff templates within TMS systems.
- Monitor carrier performance and transport plan effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and analytics for transport tenders, network reviews, and footprint changes.




- Track and report on service and cost KPIs across geographies and business units.
- Act as Key User for Power BI applications within the distribution function.
- Conduct root cause analysis on service or cost deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Support logistics projects by gathering, analyzing, and processing operational data sets.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management , or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced data handling skills.
- Experience with TMS systems and reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
- Ability to work in a structured, multinational environment.
