As part of Cuatrecasas' Knowledge and Innovation team, you will provide the firm's lawyers with the legal resources they need to ensure outstanding legal service to our clients.
DUTIES
You will join our Knowledge and Innovation Department, an international and multidisciplinary team of lawyers, academics, and technical specialists, recognized as a leader in legal knowledge management and legal innovation. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the firm's collective legal knowledge by capturing and structuring it within our knowledge database for exploitation through the most advanced technologies.
- Administering legal information resources, maintaining legal update alert systems (both internal and client-facing), and updating the knowledge database.
- Providing technical and legal support to the firm's lawyers by responding to legal information and research queries.
- Participating in technology-driven projects aimed at optimizing legal information resources and improving the collection,
organization, and use of collective legal knowledge.
- Training lawyers in the use of knowledge management and legal information applications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Law Degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
- English B2 - C1 level.
- Advanced technological skill as an end user and the ability to understand how technology can enhance efficiency in both legal practice and knowledge management.
- Technical knowledge of document management systems.
