We are looking for a Project Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to our Project Managers, keeping project data, documentation and trackers accurate and up to date across our international healthcare infrastructure projects.

Required Experience & Background:

- Administrative and analytical profile, with prior experience supporting projects, controlling, or data management.




- Higher Vocational Training in Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
- Good level of Excel and comfort working with large volumes of information.
- Experience in project environments, construction, engineering, or healthcare is a plus.
- Professional-level English required, given constant work with international teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Update trackers, budgets, databases, schedules, and tracking dashboards.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, meeting minutes, and follow-up on pending actions.
- Consolidate information received from different departments and check its consistency.
- Support periodic reporting, filing, and document traceability for projects.
- Support Project Managers with billing, milestones, purchases, deliverables, and administrative close-outs.
