Experteer Overview
As a Senior Technical Artist at Catalog Games, you will bridge art and technology to enable high-quality visuals within Unity across a growing portfolio. You will shape scalable art production workflows and asset pipelines, helping teams migrate content and workflows from in-house engines to Unity. You’ll work closely with artists, engineers, designers, and QA to improve fidelity, performance, and iteration speed. This role offers impact through advancing Unity adoption, tooling, and best practices that raise the bar for multiple titles. You will be a visible contributor to King’s technical art community, sharing knowledge and driving production standards.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Champions Unity adoption across the Catalog Games portfolio and defines scalable art workflows, pipelines, and tooling for content migration
• Provides technical art support for multiple titles such as Pet Rescue Saga, Bubble Witch 3 Saga, and Candy Crush Solitaire Saga
• Collaborates with engineers and technical leadership to maintain long-term engine integration health
• Hands-on in Unity to validate workflows, troubleshoot, and optimize asset import, UI, animation, and visual content
• Mentors Game/UI Artists on technical problems as workflows and engine practices evolve
• Proposes and implements improvements to visual fidelity, performance, and iteration speed by removing bottlenecks
• Works across art, engineering, design, product,



and QA to ensure production pipelines deliver high-quality experiences
• Contributes to technical art best practices and standards for Unity-focused content production

Responsabilidades
• Strong Unity knowledge with hands-on experience in art/content workflows
• Deep understanding of game content pipelines, asset integration, validation, optimization, and automation
• Proficiency in technical art tooling and pipeline development
• Experience building or evolving asset pipelines and tooling for scalable production
• Understanding of porting content/workflows from custom engines or legacy pipelines to Unity
• Creative and technical problem-solving with both artistic and technical sensibilities
• Knowledge of graphics production fundamentals (modeling, UVs, texturing, shading, rigging, animation, rendering) and pipeline tool development
• Understanding of mobile technical constraints and optimization
• Strong scripting/coding skills (Python and C#) for tool creation and automation
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve engineering effectiveness and product quality
• Comfort working across disciplines and communicating feedback effectively
• Experience giving detailed feedback and direction between internal teams and external partners
• Attention to detail and strong artistic sensibilities
