The Role
As Product Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging engineering, market needs, and stakeholder relationships. You'll be responsible for translating technical capabilities into products that meet real market demand, while working closely with our R&D; and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and implementation of our pilot plant for semitransparent solar cell production
Gather and translate market requirements into actionable product specifications
Liaise directly with suppliers and clients , building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure product goals are met on time and on budget
Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape in the solar/photovoltaic sector
Support the definition of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, as well as with the writing and presentation of project reports
Ensure quality standards and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle
What We're Looking For




Engineering background (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field) with +3 years experience
Additional training or education in business management will be highly valued
Proven experience in pilot plant design and implementation
Familiarity with market requirements analysis , ideally within the solar cell / photovoltaic industry
Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage suppliers and clients effectively
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
High degree of adaptability in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment
Goal-oriented mindset , with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Proactive, hands-on attitude
Languages:
· English (professional working proficiency)
· Catalan and Spanish fluency will be a plus
