Our client is an independent asset and development management firm with proven expertise in Real Estate and experience at every stage of the value chain, with a strong focus on the hospitality, logistics, retail (shopping centers), and data center sectors.

¿Qué harás en tu actual puesto?

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Data Center projects from inception through completion.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, including designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and risk management processes.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate technical and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee contract administration, change management, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.





¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience within the construction and real estate sectors.
- Proven experience delivering Data Center projects, including hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or mission-critical facilities.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, MEP systems, commissioning processes, and project controls.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and contract frameworks such as PMI, FIDIC, etc, is considered an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English.

- Hospitality developments, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use projects.
- Industrial, logistics, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure developments.
- International project delivery and multicultural project environments.
