DashBook is a publishing house that works with creators, experts, and authors, offering complete creative freedom, some of the highest royalty rates in the industry, and full support across editing, design, marketing, printing, and general distribution.

We’re looking for a Prospecting Intern to join our Sales team and help grow our pipeline of future authors on the Spanish market.

About the Role

As a Prospecting Intern, you’ll be the first point of contact between DashBook and future authors. Within the Sales team, you’ll get hands-on exposure to the editorial world by seeing how your work — sourcing, qualifying, and reaching out to promising creators — contributes to a book’s journey from first contact to published author. You’ll be trained step by step: accuracy and quality of outreach come first, and consistency builds as you progress through the program.

What You’ll Do

- Search social media to find creators and potential authors who could be a good fit for DashBook
- Learn and apply a structured qualification framework to assess fit
- Keep clear,



organized records of every prospect you contact
- Send first outreach messages, opening the door for your assigned Sales rep to take the conversation forward
- Build your outreach rhythm progressively, under the guidance of your mentor### What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (required) and fluent in Spanish (required for this market)
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail
- Comfortable navigating Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Organized and consistent, with a genuine interest in developing a structured, professional approach to outreach
- Interest in publishing, content creation, or the creator economy
- Currently enrolled in a school/university able to provide a formal student internship agreement for the full duration
