VP Rates Solutions Structurer (European Institutional Coverage)

I am working with a Tier 1 investment bank that is looking to hire a VP-level Rates Solutions Structurer to join its European Institutional Solutions team.

The role will focus on partnering with Sales and Trading to design and deliver bespoke rates and fixed income solutions for institutional clients across Europe, including asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, and hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities

- Structure and deliver tailored interest rate solutions for institutional clients across Europe.
- Partner closely with Institutional Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research, and Risk teams.
- Develop innovative hedging, yield enhancement, and liability-driven investment solutions.
- Support client discussions by providing market insights and product expertise.
- Drive the origination and execution of complex rates transactions across the institutional client base.




- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to develop new solutions.

Requirements

- 4+ years of Rates Structuring experience gained at leading bank.
- Strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives, inflation products, and fixed income solutions.
- Experience working with institutional clients across Europe.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to collaborate with Sales and Trading teams.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

- Currently working in Rates Structuring, Solutions Structuring, Fixed Income Structuring, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of supporting institutional client coverage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
