We are looking for an exceptional Real Estate Videographer & Content Creator based in Mallorca to work directly with Juan Castresana.

The role combines premium property filmmaking, photography and social-media content production for Instagram and LinkedIn.

This is not a conventional videographer position and it is not simply about recording property walkthroughs.

We want to develop a distinctive visual language around Mallorca, architecture, exceptional properties, lifestyle and private real estate advisory, creating material that is immediately recognisable and considerably more ambitious than standard real estate social content.

The role You will be responsible for turning properties, locations and ideas into high-quality visual content.

Subjects will include prime residential properties, architecture and interiors, Mallorca towns and villages, coastline and landscapes, lifestyle locations, property details, professional activity and Juan himself when a piece of content requires an on-camera presence.

You will work alongside our social-media strategist, translating editorial concepts into strong visual stories.

Some assignments may require a highly polished property film. Others may require a series of fifteen-second vertical clips, atmospheric establishing shots, drone footage, an interview sequence or enough material to produce several weeks of Reels and Stories.

The ability to understand the intended use of the footage is therefore as important as technical camera operation.

Equipment

You will have access to and should be comfortable working professionally with our audiovisual equipment, including:

- Nikon D850 + DJI Ronin RS4 and accessories
- DJI Mini 3 Pro drone
- DJI Osmo Action 6
- DJI Osmo Pocket 3
- DJI Osmo 360

Advanced practical experience with professional camera operation, stabilisation, composition, exposure,



movement and shooting in changing natural-light conditions is required. You should also be capable of operating drone equipment legally and responsibly under the regulations applicable to each location and assignment.

Editing

Strong video editing and photographic post-production skills are essential.

Our preferred workflow is based around:

CapCut for video production

Affinity for photography and graphic editing

Equivalent professional experience with other tools is valuable, but candidates willing and able to integrate into this workflow will be preferred.

You should understand

- vertical and horizontal composition;
- Instagram Reels and Stories;
- LinkedIn video;
- pacing and retention;
- hooks and opening shots;
- sound and music;
- colour and image consistency;
- subtitles and on-screen typography;
- property and architectural photography;
- export requirements for different platforms.

We are particularly interested in professionals who can contribute ideas themselves. If you see a property, a street,



a landscape or a situation and instinctively recognise how it could become an exceptional piece of content, we want to hear from you.

What are we looking for A strong portfolio is essential.

Real estate experience is highly valuable, particularly premium or luxury property, but outstanding work in architecture, hospitality, automotive, travel, lifestyle or other visually demanding sectors will also be considered.

We are looking for someone with:

strong visual judgement;

excellent technical execution;

attention to small details;

an understanding of premium brands;

creative initiative;

reliability on location;

fast and organised post-production;

and the ability to maintain quality across a continuous content programme.

Being based in Mallorca, or able to work regularly on location across the island, is essential.

Assignments will take place throughout Mallorca and may include access to exceptional properties and locations.
