Experteer Overview
As a Yield u0026amp; Programmatic Partner, you will maximize Wallapop’s ad revenue through strategic inventory management, pricing optimization, and strong partner relationships, while protecting advertiser quality and user experience. You’ll develop end-to-end yield strategies across direct, programmatic, and network demand, and collaborate with sales, product, and ad tech to drive revenue growth at scale. This role offers ownership of auction configurations, partner onboarding, and performance forecasting in a global context.

• Develop and execute yield strategies across direct sales, programmatic, and network demand channels
• Set and optimize floor prices, waterfalls, and auction configurations to maximize revenue per impression
• Maximize revenue from indirect demand sources including Open Bidding SSPs, Idealo, AdMob, and ad networks
• Analyze inventory performance and identify revenue opportunities with actionable recommendations
• Forecast revenue, manage pacing against targets, and report performance trends
• Negotiate rates, terms, and SLAs with programmatic partners, SSPs, and ad networks
• Onboard and evaluate new demand sources and measure incremental value and auction efficiency
• Manage relationships with programmatic buyers, agencies, and demand partners




• Optimize demand path to reduce auction inefficiencies and maximize advertiser competition
• Partner with Ad Tech Lead on yield strategy implementation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with sales on inventory allocation and direct vs. programmatic balance
• Collaborate with product on ad placement strategy, user experience impact, and inventory roadmap

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Programmatic, AdOps, or AdTech on the publisher side (preferably in a marketplace or large media group)
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, vendors, technologies, trends, and challenges
• Hands-on experience in yield management, SSP management, and ad tech troubleshooting
• Highly analytical and data-driven with experience in A/B testing, revenue forecasting, and pricing optimization
• Experience with analytics tools such as Looker and Google Analytics
• Comfortable working in a global, international environment
• Native or near-native English proficiency; Spanish is a plus
