At Cuatrecasas we are seeking an afternoon receptionist for our Bilbao office.

DUTIES

We are seeking to hire a person with initiative, the ability to multitask, and strong communication, organizational and IT skills.

The functions include

- Client reception and visitor management
- Care of the reception area
- Order and replacement of material for meeting rooms
- Answering internal and external calls
- Dealing with requests for information from in-house clients
- Reservation of meeting rooms

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Advanced English
- Good communication skills
- At least one year’s experience as a receptionist
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Specific training will be valued

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Foresight and proactivity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
