Experteer Overview
In this role you support Stryker Joint Replacement products, including MAKO robotics, in theatre and clinical settings. You will train clinical staff, coordinate region-wide training events with the sales team, and manage day-to-day business support to ensure service excellence. You’ll audit stock, support trials, and implement new Stryker initiatives. This position blends technical product support with customer-facing training, within Iberia, and requires strong ethics and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Support existing and new customers in theatre and clinical environments
• Provide support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries
• Deliver theatre and HCP staff training on Stryker products
• Collaborate with regional team and RSM to maintain best-in-class service
• Audit theatre stock, manage consignment inventory and asset management
• Understand broader Stryker offerings to provide optimal solutions
• Conduct product trials and evaluations in theatre and clinical settings
• Organize and deliver training workshops and events for customers




• Communicate product features and clinical applications
• Maintain ethics, integrity, and timely commitments
• Monitor customer needs and coordinate with sales on new or additional products
• Develop a basic business plan with daily/weekly/monthly objectives
• Understand local healthcare environment and regional strategy
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Regional Sales Manager

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or related medical/technical field
• Minimum 2 years healthcare experience
• Native Spanish and advanced English (C1)
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Valid EU driver's license
• Preferred: implants sales experience
• Preferred: operating room experience
• Preferred: tenders in regulated environments
• Preferred: MBA or Masters
