Experteer Overview
In this role you join Glovo's central QA team in Barcelona to drive quality across the global ecosystem. You will shape and execute the quality strategy, automate key end-to-end flows, and support cross-functional partners to ensure robust, observable software. You’ll investigate issues, validate with exploratory testing, and enhance automation tools to scale with the Delivery Hero Group. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact on product quality and customer experience.

• Contribute to and execute the quality strategy and QA processes
• Automate critical end-to-end flows and assist engineers with test automation
• Investigate troubleshooting requests from local teams worldwide
• Monitor quality metrics, logs, and alerts; suggest observability improvements
• Perform exploratory testing to complement automated testing
• Identify and document test scenarios for comprehensive coverage
• Enhance automation tools




• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, data experts, and product managers to improve vendor-facing applications

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience
• 2+ years of Android app testing experience
• 2+ years of test automation experience (Appium, RestAssured, Cucumber)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and Playwright
• Strong knowledge of OOP languages (Java/Kotlin)
• Experience with test strategy, case creation, and documentation
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation
• Proficient English communication skills
