Experteer Overview
As Principal Product Designer on the UX Platform, you lead the most complex design challenges across the suite and Design System, partnering with the Design Director to raise the quality bar. You craft AI-native experiences and redefine AI-first design workflows to ship high-impact software. You influence product direction, mentor others, and strengthen design-system alignment, shaping how design scales with the platform. This role offers impact at scale in a mission-driven, observability-focused company.

• Own the most complex, ambiguous design problems across the platform from framing to craft, end-to-end
• Design AI-native experiences that adapt to use and outputs, with coherence principles
• Evolve AI-first, spec-driven workflows and demonstrate higher-quality software delivery
• Set documentation and rationale standards for specs and references
• Serve as a senior design judge and SME in reviews, guiding direction and quality
• Strengthen design-system integration and define scalable processes




• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to maintain momentum
• Mentor designers and raise overall craft across the team

Responsabilidades
• Extensive product design experience, including senior or lead roles on complex software
• Portfolio showing craft depth and systems thinking, with patterns, systems, or processes adopted
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering end-to-end outcomes
• Comfort with AI-native, non-deterministic design, and evolving AI-first workflows
• Discerning AI approach: experimental yet value-driven with high quality
• Ability to influence Product and Engineering without formal authority
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with clear decision documentation
