We re looking for a hands‑on Senior performance marketer who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.Your responsibilities:- Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channels- Launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels- Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions- Turn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvements- Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently- Explore and validate new channels as we growWhat we are looking for:- 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition- Proven experience managing large paid media budgets- Strong analytical skills and hands‑on optimization mindset- Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy- Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok,etc.)- Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per month- Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience- Programmatic or DSP exposure- Mobile app UA backgroundThis is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.#J-18808-Ljbffr
