Experteer Overview As Senior Counsel, OPX Legal, you will act as the strategic legal advisor to the OPX business unit, guiding commercial transactions and project execution with a risk-aware lens. You'll support cross-functional teams across Europe, managing contract negotiations, governance, and dispute resolution while aligning with Westinghouse's integral standards. You'll help shape deals and mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle in a dynamic, international environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-stakes nuclear projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (FIDIC and NEC4) with international and domestic customers, suppliers, and partners
- Provide timely, practical, and risk-informed legal advice to internal clients to support commercial objectives
- Identify and mitigate legal risk while achieving business goals
- Lead and support internal governance processes for commercial transactions in line with policies
- Stay current on relevant legal developments and deliver training as needed
- Supervise and manage external counsel as appropriate




- Collaborate with cross-functional Legal teams (Contracts, IP, Compliance, etc.) to manage legal risk
- Operate effectively in an international, dynamic business environment

Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and business law, in-house or in a law firm, or both
- Admission to practice law in a European country (second European jurisdiction a plus)
- Experience in providing legal advice across commercial matters, including contracts, joint ventures, and claims
- Ability to deliver practical, risk-informed legal guidance and build strategic relationships
- Experience drafting and reviewing high-quality legal documents for senior management
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;

fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus
- Experience in the nuclear sector is preferred
