- You manage operations efficiently (stock, deliveries, scheduling, reporting) to support business performance.

- You motivate and energize your team from the start of the day.
- You recruit, train, and develop your team’s skills.
- You build a strong, engaged team culture through transparency, collaboration, and a shared ambition to succeed.





Your Profile :

- You bring at least 3 years of successful experience in retail management.
- Attentive and approachable, you stay connected to your environment and naturally inspire your team through your leadership.
- You have strong business acumen and a true passion for customer experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan is a strong advantage.
