As a Sales Coach , you will support employees through skills-based coaching and training, helping them achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What you will do in this role

- Provide coaching and skills-based training to support sales, performance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on sales knowledge, sales motions, and best practices.
- Analyze performance and customer experience data to identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plays.
- Oversee the quality and effectiveness of training, using assessments and feedback to measure impact.
- Coach employees to improve sales systems, customer interactions, and overall performance.
- Build strong relationships with your team and stay up to date with client and business developments.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development.

Your qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, training, or a similar environment.




- Proven experience coaching or training peers and delivering learning to different audiences.
- Experience in high-volume calling and sales/customer environments.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and strong organizational/project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt training strategies to different audiences.
- Native Spanish and high-level English.

What’s in it for you?
- €20,278.68 gross/year + variable bonus
- Full-time Spanish contract, 39 hours/week
- Monday to Friday, rotative working hours between 09:00–21:00
- Hybrid model in Olivenza: first 2 months from the office, then hybrid or remote from Spain with occasional travel to Olivenza
