As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:

Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction

Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences

Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams

Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.





We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Are bilingual or proficient in Italian and English

Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies

Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors

Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele

Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products

Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers

Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Saturday rotative 9:00 - 20:00

Salary 19623,94 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
