Leading international insurance company based in Madrid.10+ years' experience in insurance, with experience with MGAs and/or broking.About Our ClientLeading international insurance company based in Madrid.Job Description- Define and execute the MGA channel strategy (target markets, business lines, and partnerships).- Identify, negotiate, and secure agreements with key MGAs across EMEA.- Oversee technical and financial performance of the portfolio (GWP, loss ratios, profitability).- Ensure adherence to underwriting, pricing, and governance standards.- Implement performance tracking frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, regular reviews).- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance).- Lead due diligence and onboarding of new MGA partners.- Design contractual frameworks and incentive schemes.- Manage operational, regulatory, and reputational risks within the channel.- Lead, develop, and scale the MGA team.The Successful ApplicantA successful Head of MGAs Europe should have:- Degree in Business Administration,
