We are working with a large international business expanding its IT Operations function. This is a strong opportunity for a junior engineer to build hands-on experience supporting highly available NoSQL databases within a modern, general technology environment.La información a continuación detalla los requisitos del puesto, la experiencia esperada del candidato y las cualificaciones correspondientes.The role:- Support the full lifecycle of NoSQL databases, from deployment and configuration through to monitoring, optimisation and upgrades- Help maintain reliable, scalable database clusters across containerised and traditional environments- Build monitoring, alerting and automation to improve database performance and reduce manual work- Assist with incident response, capacity planning, documentation and disaster-recovery readiness- Collaborate with SRE, platform engineering and application teams on database-related projectsWhat we’re looking for:- 2+ years’ experience in IT Operations,



SRE, database administration or infrastructure engineering- Hands-on exposure to at least one NoSQL technology, such as MongoDB, Cassandra or Elasticsearch- Good Linux administration and scripting skills, ideally Python and/or Shell- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet or similar automation tools- Exposure to Docker and/or Kubernetes- Understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation xqziphu in distributed systems- Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication and a willingness to learn- Cloud certifications or knowledge of SQL databases would be beneficialWhat's on offer:- Competitive salary- Hybrid working model (2 days in office Madrid or Malaga)- Paid certifications- Health insurance (whole family)- Gym membership- And much more!
