Experteer Overview In this role, you will support Global Immunology and Neurology Market Access teams by coordinating day-to-day administration and project tasks across Europe. You’ll optimize workflows, manage calendars, travel, events, and compliant processes, while enabling smooth cross-team collaboration. You’ll help shape communications and content, contributing to stakeholder engagement and the efficiency of GMAP operations. This position offers exposure to general market access initiatives and a chance to impact how immunology and neurology therapies reach patients.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Manage daily administrative operations for GMAP Immunology and Neurology leaders, ensuring smooth workflows
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across Europe, manage calendars, and liaise with other assistants
- Coordinate meetings logistics, venues, and catering for large events
- Organize international and domestic travel and expenses (Concur)
- Manage suppliers and oversee service deliveries
- Assist with presentations and reports production
- Support content creation for social channels (LinkedIn, Viva Engage) and visual materials
- Coordinate events and ensure alignment with stakeholders
