A private company operating in the aeronautics sector is seeking an Occupational Health, Safety, and Labor Relations Specialist to provide essential workplace support. This role is offered as a full-time position under a permanent employment contract.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

- Providing dedicated operational support to the company on occupational risk prevention (PRL) policies and measures.
- Assisting management and team members with employment regulations, workplace compliance, and labor relations.
- Ensuring adherence to applicable occupational health, workplace safety, and labor legislation within the aeronautical private sector.
- Supporting internal procedures, reporting, and standard documentation related to workplace safety and staff relations.

To qualify for this position, you must fulfill the following essential criteria and background requirements:





- A completed Master's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales / PRL), which is an indispensable requirement.
- A completed university degree in either Labor Relations (Relaciones Laborales) or Law (Derecho), which is strictly required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience working in a similar position.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to handle day-to-day workplace and compliance topics.

What the position offers in terms of working conditions:

- Type of contract: Permanent contract (contrato fijo).
- Work schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts from 09:00 to 17:00 or from 10:00 to 18:00.
- Compensation: A gross annual salary between €25,000 and €28,000, to be finalized with the company based on your specific professional profile and experience.
- Industry: Private sector / Aeronautics in Mallorca.
