This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position running from April through October 2026. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers discover the magic of our award-winning makeup and skincare collections. Whether you are guiding travelers through our easy-to-choose, easy-to-use product ranges or delivering personalized beauty demonstrations, your goal will be to provide an unforgettable customer experience that embodies the glamour and philosophy of the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

- Delivering exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to every visitor
- Achieving individual and team sales targets within a fast-paced airport retail setting
- Demonstrating makeup application techniques and sharing expert product knowledge with confidence
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure the counter looks pristine and inviting at all times
- Managing stock levels, processing transactions accurately, and supporting daily counter operations

We are looking for candidates who possess a natural talent for makeup artistry, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Previous retail or beauty advisory experience is a strong advantage. Fluency in relevant languages for a major international airport setting is highly beneficial.
