Job Summary

We are a Language school in Toledo that is part of the inlingua international language organisation. We are a small, friendly, professional and well-established school that provides high quality language training for children, young learners, adults and companies in the local area.

Toledo is a beautiful and historic city located in the center of Spain, only a 25 minute train ride from Madrid.

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly and energetic English Trainer to join our team from September 2026 to June 2027, with a view to extending the contract.

The position involves mainly teaching general English to children and young learners (5 -18 years), we also have adult students. The teaching will essentially be classroom based, however experience in online teaching and some knowledge of Spanish would also be an advantage, though not necessary.

Applicants must have English at first language level (Level C2 or native speaker), a university degree and appropriate TEFL qualification.



Minimum one year teaching experience of different ages and levels, especially young learners and teens is essential.

Qualifications

- Have English at first language level (C2)
- Have an EU passport, Spanish residency or visa to work in Spain
- Have an appropriate TEFL/CELTA/ESOL certificate or teaching qualification
- Minimum one year teaching experience
- Be comfortable and enjoy teaching young children, teens and adults. This is essential.

Salary and Benefits

From €1,250 / month

≈ £1,070 / $1,450

Dependent on qualifications and experience

- Contract from September 2026 to June 2027
- Full time 24 teaching hour contract
- Paid holidays at Christmas & Easter (approximately 3 weeks in total)
