A private sector company active in the recreational, sports, and entertainment industry is currently seeking a motivated Sightseeing Bus Ticket Sales Agent to join their team in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will be stationed in Palma to represent the city's popular sightseeing bus tours and assist tourists with their travel plans.

Key responsibilities

- Actively offering and selling tickets for the sightseeing bus as well as available combo packages.
- Informing international tourists about tour itineraries, bus frequencies, major landmarks, and package benefits.
- Assisting customers with their inquiries in a welcoming, clear, and professional manner.
- Ensuring seamless customer support at the sales location in Palma to deliver a positive visitor experience.

Qualifications





- Mandatory knowledge of both English and German to cater effectively to international travelers visiting Mallorca.
- Relevant previous work experience in sales, customer care, or the leisure and tourism sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, an approachable attitude, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work standard daily shifts.

Framework

- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) for long-term professional security.
- Full-time working hours structured in daily shifts (from 9:00 to 17:00 or from 9:30 to 17:30).
- A monthly net remuneration of 1,600 EUR, based on the applicable road transport collective agreement.
- Work location situated directly in Palma.
