Are you an experienced professional in labor advisory seeking a stable full-time position in Mallorca? A consultancy and advisory firm (Gestoría/Asesoría) located in Palma is currently looking for a qualified labor specialist to join their labor department on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Your primary tasks and duties will include:

- End-to-end management of payroll processes and social security procedures.
- Handling registrations, cancellations, and modifications in special regimes such as RETA.
- Managing pension processing, tax filings related to labor matters, and administrative reporting.
- Providing legal representation and regulatory labor advice to client businesses.
- Processing formal submissions and communications with public administrations.

Requirements

- A completed university degree (second cycle or bachelor's degree) in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, or a related field.




- A mandatory minimum of 12 months of recent practical experience in labor department operations.
- Having extended experience of up to 36 months in a similar advisory or consultancy role will be positively valued.

Contract & Working Hours

The firm offers a permanent contract with a gross annual salary of 28,000 euros, distributed across 12 monthly payments with prorated bonuses included. The position is full-time based on-site in Palma.

During the winter period, the working hours are scheduled as follows:

- Mondays and Wednesdays (or two days per week) from 8:00 to 16:00.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays (or two days per week) from 8:00 to 17:30.
- Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00.
