Position Overview

This is not a high-volume sales role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build trust, manage sensitive conversations, and create long-term relationships with clients and families during difficult moments.

Our clients are often high-net-worth individuals, professionals, executives, athletes, and international families. The way you communicate matters.

You will not succeed here just by aggressively chasing leads. We are looking for someone commercially strong, emotionally intelligent, organised, calm under pressure,



and able to guide people through a private and personal decision-making process.

The role includes

Managing and converting into clients inbound enquiries by phone, messages and email with high rate

Speaking with prospective clients and families

Building relationships with clients, referrers and partners

Following up professionally and consistently

Coordinating with internal teams

Maintaining a high standard of discretion and communication

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong communication skills

Comfortable working with international clientele

Sales confidence without pressure tactics
