This role bridges corporate strategy and floor-level execution by supporting store teams, monitoring stock movement, and stepping in directly on the shop floor to maintain operational standards and drive daily sales.
- CategoryRequirementExperience 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory, team lead, or senior retail associate role.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in POS system operation, basic inventory management software, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Leadership Strong communication, conflict resolution, and floor management skills; ability to motivate floor teams.
- Mobility Willingness to travel between group locations and work adaptable hours, including weekends and public holidays.
