Задачи

- Drive the strategy for new and existing products jointly with the Product Director
- Identify new opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders on solutions to business and consumer problems
- Build and support business cases for new initiatives and prioritize the product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in creating and developing new product concepts
- Establish development milestones and manage product development, implementation, and rollout
- Balance business requirements and consumer experience to build best-in-class inventory
- Manage multiple projects and details while maintaining the big picture
- Work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Manage increasing pressure without passing it on to the team and colleagues

Требования

- 5+ Years of relevant work experience in product development or strategy consulting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, using numbers and metrics to support assumptions and evaluate outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,



dynamic environment with a strong bias for action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all organizational levels and with external partners
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Nice to have: experience in the travel industry, customer service automation processes, AI-driven customer support solutions, practical AI tools such as Gemini, experimentation with emerging AI-driven solutions, AI-enhanced problem solving, adaptability to new AI features and capabilities.
