The Mission
Radar is a new product, built from scratch, that monitors external market signals — both quantitative (raw material costs, interest rate movements, energy prices) and qualitative (regulatory changes, M&A; transactions, relevant market news) — and automatically cross-references them with our proprietary microsector intelligence to quantify the impact at the individual company level. It is distributed through three very different channels: as a native layer in the front-end already used by bankers across 6 countries, as a data service via API/SFTP for integration into client systems, and as insight pills delivered directly to end clients via digital channels.
Your mission is to build it end-to-end — define which signals matter and why, design how they are consumed across each channel, assemble and lead the squad, and take the product to production with real adoption. You will work directly with the CPO on prioritisation and with existing squads that maintain the data models and infrastructure Radar operates on.
What we offer
- Lead discovery: identify which market signals generate the most value for each user type (relationship manager, credit risk analyst, strategy team, 3P client) and prioritise accordingly
- Build the squad from the ground up – roadmap,
planning, delivery cadence – and manage dependencies with the classification, scoring and functional product teams
- Design Radar's output for three consumption contexts with very different stakeholders: interface for bankers, data feed for client systems, and pills for end clients
- Translate complex macroeconomics and sector dynamics into actionable features and outputs – if you do not intuitively understand why a rise in steel prices impacts a construction company differently from a packaging company, this role is not for you
- Define and measure success: adoption, signal quality, impact on commercial conversations
What we're looking for
- Degree in economics, finance or business administration. A solid economic mental model: you understand value chains, the transmission of macro shocks to individual companies, and the cost and revenue structures by sector
- 5 years in digital product management, with experience building teams or squads. Ideally you have worked in banking, strategy consulting, risk management or market intelligence
- Experience managing products with multiple stakeholders and distribution channels (B2B, B2B2C or platform)
- Analytical ability to draw conclusions from complex data and communicate them clearly
- We are not looking for individualistic profiles. We are looking for someone who builds teams, shares context and makes everyone around them better
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+)
What success looks like
- There is a product in production and in use
- At least one hypothesis validated (or discarded with solid arguments)
- Clear signals of adoption and effectiveness improvement among users
- The team trusts your judgment and your ability to execute
Conditions
- Base pay + performance bonus, private health insurance, Gympass and pension plan
- 25 days of vacation (and your birthday off!)
