Meliá Hotels International is currently seeking an FF&E; & OS&E; Procurement Manager to join our team in Llucmajor, Islas Baleares. In this key role, you will be responsible for executing the necessary contracting processes to equip hotels during new openings and renovation projects, as well as procuring the essential goods required for ongoing hotel operations across Spain, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve establishing international agreements with new suppliers and closely monitoring existing contracts to ensure full compliance and performance. Additionally, you will oversee and manage purchasing teams located abroad, coordinating efforts to maintain operational efficiency and alignment with company standards.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in procurement, contract negotiation, and international supply chain management within the hospitality sector.



Adecuado candidates will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, experience in managing remote teams, and the ability to navigate complex purchasing environments across multiple global regions.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Managing procurement and contracting for hotel openings and renovations globally, including Spain, Europe, and the Caribbean.
- Sourcing and securing necessary operational goods and supplies for hotels.
- Establishing international agreements with new suppliers and vendors.
- Conducting continuous follow-ups on active contracts to ensure strict compliance.
- Leading, coordinating, and supporting international purchasing teams based abroad.
