Задачи

- Define the roadmap with Game Leadership and key stakeholders, aligning the game vision with commercial targets
- Drive Live Operations strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
- Optimize events and offers to maximize LTV and ARPU
- Streamline workflows and automate processes to reduce production times and costs
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems from conceptual design to post-launch optimization
- Audit existing monetization systems to identify untapped potential
- Lead hypothesis-driven development through A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting models
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
- Represent Asphalt 9 as the primary business voice to internal and external stakeholders

Требования

- 6+ Years of experience in Product Management of F2P games across Mobile, PC, or Console




- Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles
- Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Nice to have: experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in other markets, Game Design fundamentals, behavioral economics, passion for or professional experience with Racing Games, cross-platform games experience, experience across mobile and PC/Console, team management experience
