About You

In one of our supply chain roles,you’llfocus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at thecentre.Jobresponsibilities include:

- Own the global procurement performance management framework: savings/value tracking, methodology, targets and reporting

- Consolidate and validate the global value-creation pipeline in partnership with regional and category teams and Finance

- Develop analytics, dashboards and KPIs to steer procurement performance and support leadership decision-making

- Drive continuous improvement of performance processes, tools and data quality across the function

- Assess performance through financial management, performance management and data-driven methodologies.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including analysts,



managers and Procurement leaders promoting a performance-driven and value-oriented culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications/ experience:

- 8+ years of experience in procurement, finance or performance management roles

- Strong analytical and data skills (reporting tools, savings methodologies, financial validation)

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and to influence without authority in a integral matrix

- Strong communication skills; fluent English
