Job Description

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support overall business objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks effectively.
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Support key decisions related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business ventures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Financial Officer (CFO) should have:





- A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Experience within the property industry and within residential assets, it is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive financial decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and executive teams effectively.
