Responsibilities- Integrating product/article data into the systems- Ensuring data integrity and structuring commercial offers and descriptions to guarantee the accuracy of supplier information.- Providing reliable data into the article referencing system to enrich and compare with existing data.- Creating a dedicated database for each campaign to manage integral production and enable the start of the different processes.- Formatting, consolidating, and standardizing commercial offers and description data to enable sales production.- Standardizing and integrating key article information into the PIM using data integration tools (references, sizes, designations, colors, barcodes, attributes, prices & stock if required, etc.)- Ensuring that imported data is compliant with established guidelines and standards,



and performing necessary quality checks (including images).- Communicating with different departments to facilitate sales production (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Category Management, Buying, Distribution, etc.).- Ensuring data compliance in the systems and addressing any anomalies identified during production.- Providing daily reporting of tasks performed.Requirements- Rigour and attention to detail.- Adaptability.- Strong organisational skills.- Good communication skills.- Ability to work autonomously.- Team spirit.- Excel skills (proficient).- Analytical skills.- Languages: Intermediate level in English and French (written and spoken).
