Motorworld Mallorca represents a unique world of mobility and lifestyle, located on an 80,000 square meter site directly on the MA-19 motorway between Palma and the airport. With versatile indoor and outdoor venues accommodating up to 2,000 guests, the location hosts high-profile presentations, conferences, galas, and corporate events. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Conference and Event Manager in full-time to take on key responsibilities in strategic event coordination and commercial development in Mallorca.

Your core tasks include:

- Conceptualizing, planning, and executing diverse event formats, ranging from conferences and roadshows to galas, workshops, and international trade fairs
- Managing event budgets with a consistent focus on cost control, profitability, and measurable ROI
- Coordinating all logistics, including venue setup, technical equipment, catering, staffing, and external service providers
- Driving active sales, acquisition, and contract negotiations with clients across the automotive, luxury, tourism, and lifestyle sectors
- Developing efficient department structures, introducing modern event software, and collaborating closely with marketing, PR, and center management

Your qualifications:





- A completed degree or vocational training in event management, communications, marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in event planning and execution, ideally in lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brand environments
- Proven success in budget management, project steering, and client acquisition
- Proficiency with event management tools, project software, and MS Office, alongside a solid understanding of cost-control processes
- Strong communication skills with business fluency in German, English, and Spanish
